The entire place is accessible to the guests (backyard, street parking, garage, and the home in itself). The garage’s separate you from the house next door. You’ll have access to your garage.

The neighborhood is newly developed. Very family friendly neighbors and neighborhood. The neighborhood is also situated in a quiet area. Great convenient stores near by, coffee shops, and restaurants.
You are located in the middle of a great neighborhood, surrounded by grocery stores, parks, and restaurants. As far as parking goes, if the garage and driveway is not enough, there is street access parking.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
