Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Roomy enough for all of our family. Right on the mountain with plenty of things to do for the kids. This is our third year and we would definitely come back here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo once again and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They answered all of our questions promptly and made the entire process seamless. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and impeccably maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their property and genuinely care about their guests' experience. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place to stay with owners who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit. We look forward to returning next summer!

Family 4th of July Vacation

The property was very nice, and the owners were wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adult children, my sister and my husband. The location was great for walking down town and participating in the 4th of July activities.

Great location, perfect size!

My family and I had a great stay! The condo location was ideal for the activities we did and there was plenty of space for 10 adults and 4 children. We had enough space as to not be on top of one another. The bedrooms were perfect. Open concept of kitchen, dining and living room was ideal! We would definitely recommend this property and request to stay there in the future!!

Our guests left our place in great condition! The only issue I have with this review is that they had too many occupants in our place, our maximum capacity for renting is 10. Some of the children must have slept on the floor! Future renters should able by our rules about maximum guests.

Amazing vacation

The listing and pictures don’t really do justice to this vacation unit. The unit was clean, well stocked and suited our needs perfectly. On top of that, Judy was very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. Already looking forward to my next North Conway vacation in this unit.

Great rental for family

Stayed 6 nights - my husband and I, our 3 kids (7,5,2) and 1 adult friend, had a great stay. Main floor was spacious and comfortable for our group. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Complex pool was heated and quiet and a huge bonus with the kids. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Location is great for Story Land, Echo Lake and any other North Conway area sites. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

I can't say enough about Judy and her home. This was perfect for our annual North Conway Vacation. We had plenty of space (5 adults 3 children) and it was nice for the adults to all have king sized beds and separate bathrooms! The house was nestled in a quiet area right next to Cranmore (we walked to the mountain coaster, etc. right from the back yard!). Judy was very responsive during the booking process and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic North Conway Getaway

My family and I stayed in early July and hadba wonderful time. The main living area was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and family meals in at the table. The condo was perfect for visits to Storyland and Santa's Village as well as exploring North Conway. The air conditioners did a good job at keeping everyone comfortable despite the hear and humodity outside. Judy was very responsive through the booking process and during our stay. There are a considerable number of stairs from the parking spaces to the condo, so that could be difficult for older guests. We would absolutely stay again.

Slopeside

Everything was great. Easy access to North Conway. Only downside was the overall dampness of the basement rooms. The dehumidifier had to be emptied at least twice daily and family members with dust/mold allergies had a little bit of a rough time.

This is a basement living area with a full bath, and windows that open and a door to access the mountain side of the condo. We have AC and a dehumidifier down there but will be researching how to reduce humidity even more for next summer. We were unaware that this guest was having this problem during their stay, we got only positive feedback from them directly at the end of their stay.

Main Floor was beautiful but the bedrooms need work

The main floor of the condo was beautiful and renovated. The basement bedroom was impossible to use by our pregnant daughter due to the smell of mold. The upstairs bedrooms had no TVs and really should. Also, there was listed that you have a grill outside which was not there. The owner advised that you cant have them yet many units did. Also, the TV took quite some time to fix but the owner was very patient as we worked through a long time to get it fixed which I was very appreciative of as it was important to see the hockey games.

This review provided our first notice of a mold smell in our basement room, we will certainly address the problem immediately. All bedrooms, including the basement had new quality carpeting installed in the summer of 2021 and have access to perfectly functioning toilets, sinks, showers and tubs. We have two large smart TV's in the condo, and no plans add to it. We do not provide or advertise the availability of a grill but our association bylaws clearly prohibits outdoor grills in common areas for safety reasons.
