This cozy and comfortable home offers a stunning lake and nature view. Pet friendly- especially from the back patio where dogs can easily go out through the doggie door. The fireplace's woodwork and stone add a touch of beauty to the space. The sunroom with its elegant cut glass windows is a perfect spot to unwind and you can also enjoy watching fireworks on the deck. The surroundings are teeming with wildlife, from birds and deer to adorable baby turtles and fishes in the spring. Plus, an access to indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and fitness facilities, including tennis and pickleball courts.

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Very nice property with lots of potential. Just needs some cleaning and basic maintenance. Shower head was leaking in master bath; light bulbs out in different rooms and just needed some cleaning in the entry way and in the unit. Beds were nice and comfortable; kitchen was adequate for anything we needed.

Perfect holiday getaway

While we’ve stayed at this resort previously, this was our first experience with LakeDays.Rentals and they really went above and beyond. The unit itself was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. My kids really loved the bunk room, and there was even space to have a cousin sleepover, which made it extra fun. It was also wonderful to have so much common space and two separate living areas. The glassed off sitting room became a playroom for the kids and it was nice to have them close without having a toy explosion in the main living area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower in the primary bedroom was absolutely amazing. We also really appreciated the extra amenities like the “Stock the Fridge” option, and it was nice to have kitchen staples provided. Had it been warmer, the balcony would have been a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing!

The condo is not only beautiful, it is perfect! It sets on the bottom floor of the building and in a corner so, there's no noises heard! The service and communication provided is excellent as well! We will definitely choose this again for a return trip!

My family came up to LofO for a long bday weekend. We loved the house. Beautiful waterfront view. Comfy furniture. Plenty of towels. We just loved it. Can't wait to come back!

Review

The unit had a bad smell and at first we thought it was due to being closed up, gave it another day and the next day noticed that the floors were very sticky as if someone cleaned with a dirty mop. In the master bedroom we noticed stains on the questionable furniture that appeared to be urine and poop and it was all up the dresser and down to the floor of where we kept our clothes. Our feet were black from the dirty floors. The back area off the master was so strong of urine that I wouldn’t let my own let go out there. Very unhealthy. I understand this is a pet friendly unit, but too pet friendly for our liking. We checked out the day before and were disappointed in our stay. In the 2nd bedroom with the 2 sets of bunk beds - there was so much extra furniture in there that you couldn’t move - glad we didn’t have small children because the furniture in the kids room was living room heavy furniture with glass tables. Not ideal for kids plus this unit was simply dirty. The coffee pot was so dirty that even after we washed it, the taste of mold ran through our coffee efforts. The counters in the kitchen felt dirty and upon wiping them down, the cracks were filled with grime including coffee grounds or black specs coming up from the grout. The porch was full of planters full of water and mosquitos. No flowers no plants. There was blood splatter above the toilet paper roll in master bathroom. The shower was nice. The kitchen was equipped but not labeled.
