About this property

Country get-away close to Penn State University and Lock Haven University.

We are offering our 30 foot Nomad tow behind camper which we have just recently fully renovated and updated. This adorable camper will be set up on our farm which is located about 23 miles from State College/ Penn State University and 22 miles from Lock Haven University.

Outside we will put the awning out and set up a nice porch area with picnic table and lawn chairs so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of country life. An uncluttered night sky perfect for stargazing and all the nature your heart and soul could ask for will make for an enjoyable stay.

Inside you will find one true bedroom space with queen bed, dinette booth seating that converts to a twin bed, sofa that converts to a twin bed, and two bunks. Now, the bunks are narrow so I would say those are for small adults or kids. This camper could sleep 6 easily. All beds come with sheets, blankets, memory foam toppers(because they are super comfy) and pillows.

The kitchen area has a stove, new refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen area will be stocked with paper towels and hand towels/dishcloths. There are pans and utensils in the cabinets too. There is a toaster and Keurig in the kitchen as well.

The bathroom space is small like most camper bathrooms, but does have a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Towels, washcloths, soap, and toilet paper will be provided.

Heat and Air Conditioner work well and we replaced the smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detector in August 2023.

Parking will be super convenient; directly in front of the camper. I have a complete video walk-through of the camper if you are interested in viewing the video email me at nadine341@verizon.net .

Come be our guests and experience our kind of paradise while you are in the area.

Amazing
The property was just amazing. Beautiful farm, gorgeous view, so peaceful! The camper was so cozy, beds very comfortable, modern amenities, everything we needed. Nadine and her husband went out of their way in every way for us. Can't begin to say enough about this rental, we are already looking to see when we can come back !

Hi there! I am Nadine and I am from Howard, Pennsylvania. My husband and I have lived in our 175 year old farmhouse for about 30 years and we have enjoyed the serenity of our little piece of paradise tremendously. Recently I renovated our 30 foot camper and I thought maybe someone would like a little stay on our farm whether to get away from it all or during Penn State or Lock Haven University events. We are right between the two.
We are about a 10 minute drive to Bald Eagle State Park and a 5 minute drive to State Game Lands.

Why they chose this property

If your idea of fun involves nature, then this is a good fit. We have a decent trout stream, Little Marsh Creek, about 400 yards from our front door. There is a nice campfire area, little orchard, hiking trails, and wide open space. The neighbors are nice... cows, a horse, and some chickens.

What makes this property unique

We literally live in a little place called Pleasant Valley which is part of Happy Valley. The community is friendly and the scenery can't be beat.
