Renovated apartment, located in prime area of Praia Grande - Ubatuba, located one block from the beach, close to bakeries, Bom Quilo restaurant (seasons), mini markets, shopping, gas station and newsstand. We rent only for family and maximum 8 people, 2 bedroom apartment with 1 suite all with ceiling fans and 2 bathrooms. American kitchen with basic utensils and service area. Dining rooms and living room with well-ventilated TV with balcony and fan. It has garage for 2 small cars.

Apartamento pertinho da praia, ótima localização. Tivemos um contra tempo com a garagem que não tem cobertura e é um pouco difícil de manobrar.O armario da cozinha estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo, o teto dos baheiros com mofo, porta shampoo do banheiro do quarto todo manchado de mofo, fechadura do banheiro do corredor saia toda vez que ia abrir a porta. Mas isso são coisas fáceis de resolver.Deixo sugestões para estar melhorando o ambiente: climatizador de ar nos quartos, pois mesmo com ventilador de teto estava muito calor, espelho grande nos quartos ou corredor e uma centrifuga de roupas, aí sim fica top. Anfitrião e zeladora muito gentis e prestativos. Recomendo
