Location, location, location! Grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, unique attractions, and historical sights are all within walking distance. The vibrant nightlife is amazing, and it's a safe walk home with the bars being so close. The apartment offers full access to the roof, which provides ample space to relax with friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the apartment has a private entrance through a set of amazing and unique historical doors. The two full beds can be joined to create a larger sleeping area.

Depending on availability, both apartments on the first floor can be rented and are separated by a hallway, allowing guests to be close to friends and/or family. Both listings are available separately or as a joined unit. When combined, the total capacity can accommodate up to 13 guests. All apartments have access to the roof.

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
