The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean the bbq and clean the utensils and put them back in the kitchen and cover the bbq
Please wash the dishes and pans and place them where they belong and clean the kitchen
Make sure to collect all the garbage and leave it by the garage door outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Negative review/no reviews will require $400 security deposit which will be returned within 24 hours of their checkout if there are no damages
No unregistered guest, $250 for each additional guest Turn all the outside lights (including Pot lights) by 11 pm Dishwasher is not available for use
BBQ Cover and Hot tub cover needs to be put back on after every use (Charges will apply) Lost keys (1)/Parking pass (2) = replacement fee. ($50 each)
