Welcome to our stunning home nestled in the heart of Pittsburgh! If you're seeking a memorable stay with breathtaking views, our property is the perfect choice. Situated in a prime location, this spacious and stylish home promises an unforgettable experience for up to 8 guests.



Perched in a vantage point that offers panoramic views of Pittsburgh's iconic skyline and scenic landscapes, this house provides a front-row seat to the city's beauty.



The Space:

Newly renovated house which is located in Mt. Washington. Has breathtaking scenic city views and is one short block from the Grandview Ave lookouts. These provide best view of downtown Pittsburgh. Steps to Monongahela Incline bringing you direct into Station Square. Building is close to nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the location, neighborhood, ambiance, and ease! It's a great building with thoughtful touches



Guest Access:

You will have access to the full house with no shared spaces. Keyless entry (unique ID access pad) makes coming and going easy.



Also please note if you will be driving to the property the vehicle must be digitally registered as the streets are permitted parking only. We are able to register two vehicles for a pass per the city and the cost is $12 per stay (not per night) for each vehicle, Please fill out the form provided at booking at least 24 hours to your arrival with your vehicle information if you are planning on parking. We will then send you a payment request.



The Neighborhood:

Location is A+ with exquisite views and easy access to Station Square, down-town Pittsburgh, David Lawrence Convention Center and even the fields (Heinz Stadium, PNC Park, Consol Energy Center) are a ~20 minute walk or a couple of stops on the T (Pittsburgh's subway system) from Station Square.



Getting Around:

Public Transportation, Uber, and Lyft are easily accessible from this location.

Great location

The house has been renovated. They left a little of the character from being built in 1925 which was awesome. New couches would be good though. The neighborhood is very quaint with a couple restaurants nearby a beautiful view of Pittsburgh a block down the street. Street parking is a bit challenging so be patient.Overall, I would recommend others to stay here.

Superb Location and View

My mom, sister, and I, stayed here for a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. It is walkable to bars and restaurants, and it was easy to jump in the car and take a 20-minute drive to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The host was great, and we had everything we needed. It was generally clean and comfortable, and I consider myself to be particular about cleanliness. We had a great time and would stay at Holly’s properties again if we are in the area!
