Surf's Up! A modernized, Old Florida 3-bed, 2-bath beachside retreat! Enjoy seamless beach access (4 minute stroll), game room (pool, Pac-Man, foosball), screened patio, and a fabulously well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. For the beach we provide towels, umbrella, chairs, and beach wagon.

Cocoa Beach has an Old Floriday vibe. The area gives host to savory and contemporary dining experiences in casual atmospheres. There are a variety of activities in close range: Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Disney (1 hour drive), Deep Sea Fishing, Surf fishing, River Fishing, Kayaking, and the Maritime Forest at Lori Wilson Park.. Ron Jon's Surf shop and Cocoa Beach Pier are hot spots to visit. Take a lesson from Ron Jon's, rent a board, or bring your own. Surf's Up in Cocoa Beach!
Driving and/or walking are both common in Cocoa Beach. From the house Ron Jon's is a 15 minute walk. Cocoa Beach Pier is a 20 - 25 minute walk down the beach. Kennedy Space Center is about a 20 minute drive and Cape Canaver a quick 10 minute drive.
Pet approval needed prior to booking - $224 pet fee per stay. We have two actively recording cameras: one on the front of the house overlooking the driveway and front yard of the house and one door bell camera which records activity at the front door and sidewalk. All devices are on the exterior of the home.
