This unique 3 bed 2 bath is an amazing space for you and your family to sit back relax and enjoy everything Georgetown has to offer!

A newly furnished modern mid-century style home in the heart of a “boomtown” that is exploding into one of the fastest-growing metro areas in 2022. This 1300-square-foot home offers a safe, clean, and comfy environment for a group of up to 6.

The home is furnished with a massive King size memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a workstation and a 50 inch Smart TV! The other two rooms have a Queen size mattress with one bedroom having a Smart TV. When I say you’ll love these mattresses, I mean it! (I want to take them home with me, Lol!) Each room is equipped with a full-size mirror to see your great outfit before a night in the city! The location of this house offers the best experience for not only an extrovert but also an introvert!

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a big smart tv for you and your friends to watch your favorite streaming channels. As for readers, we have an awesome reading area for you to relax, unwind, and get carried away in the adventures your book has to offer.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like towels, soap, napkins, makeup mirrors, and more.

As mentioned earlier, this home has everything you’ll need/want. It’ll be hard to pack up and leave..

You’ll have access to the entire home. This will include the driveway, garage, back patio, and fenced backyard.

Family friendly neighborhood! Very quiet place right near the I-35!

The home is really close to the I-35 making it super easy and coinvent to travel to any destination! The home is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, and other convenient stores.

In an effort to maintain secure premises the home is equipped with a ring security doorbell. The camera is only EXTERIOR and there are no cameras inside the home. There is also a noise monitor system within the property.

This location is central to any place you want to go. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out process. Nice quiet location but neighborhood is extremely crowded with cars parked on both sides of the streets.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and well- stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfy, the shower heads were awesome and provided plenty of pressure. very pleased with the property! it's a separate house, so no need to worry about noise from neighbors. location is a quaint little development with unique homes, all different colors like austin homes! very quiet neighborhood. house was clean, lots of amenities, full size kitchen and dining area, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and even have use of a garage! perfect place!

Cute house

This is our third time staying here. Jakob is a great host. He is proactive & thinks of everything. He provides coffee! Many houses do not provide this. The house is always clean & tidy. The cleaning fee & host fee are lower than many other houses. The location is close to Southwestern, downtown & Wolf Ranch. We will be back. We love Georgetown.
