We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
We weren't sure about the major road near by, but it wasn't a big deal at all. There were grocery stores close by that were very useful for our stay. We chose this location due to it's proximity to our family so we could not have been happier with it logistically. The house was clean and the larger beds were comforatble. We didn't sleep in the twins, but our kid did and it was comfortable for her. This home met the needs of our family and worked out very well.

Grandparent visit University Place
We rented this home because it was very close to our grandchildren. The house was clean, yard was nice and the house is laid out well. I was disappointed that the bathtub plug was broken and wasn't fixed during our stay. The shower in the master is very small but there is another shower in the main bathroom. There are 2 large living areas with comfy couches and big tvs. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We would stay here again.

Hi Ann, thank you so much for your feedback and for highlighting the positives of our home! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the proximity to your grandchildren, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the bed and living areas. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken bathtub plug during your stay. We want to assure you that it has been replaced and is now fully functional. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that you would consider staying with us again. We look forward to hosting you in the future!
Our stay at the property was a good experience overall. Beds were comfortable & house was clean. Was an easy access/entry into the house.
Plenty of space for when U needed it. My only quip was that the stove when cooking, only seemed 2 work on high, U could not slow cook/simmer anything. Which is my preferred way of cooking.
Otherwise, we had a great time, the house was just what we needed.
