Enter through the covered front deck into this 3 bedroom, 2 full baths + loft cabin with all the comforts of home! The spacious great room features warm wood accents and a cozy gas log stove (there is also forced air gas heat). The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and ample storage attracts the chef in the family! The spacious back deck is the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an outdoor meal, and the yard offers plenty of room for activities and relaxation after a day adventuring (kids will love the swing!). Easy access to many local attractions such as Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, and so much more.

Sugar Pines sleeps 7 guests total in 3 bedrooms, plus one rollaway bed. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite and is located upstairs with a King sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also located upstairs with 2 Twin beds. Bedroom 3 is on the main floor with a Queen bed and a dedicated workspace. There is also a Twin rollaway bed available. There is a full bathroom + laundry on the main floor.
