Sugar Pine Retreat - Cozy w/ Central Heat!

This adorably remodeled cabin is nestled in the cedar trees, with a deck off of the living room to enjoy the serenity of the mountains. Central heating and air conditioning will keep you comfortable year-round! This cabin offers two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 people if desired. The downstairs bedroom has bunkbeds. Upstairs bathroom has tub and shower, downstairs bathroom has shower stall. Dining table has two bench seats along with the breakfast bar, which has 4 stools.

A fully stocked kitchen with new butcher-block counter tops makes cooking for family fun! New appliances, including microwave. Washer/dryer downstairs available for guest use. Downstairs bonus room has a 65-inch TV with streaming services and Wifi available as well.

The lovely deck off of the living room overlooks the treetops and has propane barbecue and seating for your outdoor cookouts. Outdoor security camera located over deck to view driveway.

Cabin is located in Big Trees Village Property Owners association, and offers summertime access to the rec center, which boasts two
swimming pools, tennis and bocce courts, along with a park, snack bar, games and more!

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
