This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our host, Cherrie, was quick to answer any questions I had and checked in during our stay to make sure that everything was ok. The building that the apartment is in is a little sketchy. The smell in the hallway was very bad. But the smell didn't permeate into the apartment. It was quiet. Not much noise from the neighbors. We enjoyed our stay here.

Unique location for Richmond

Make sure you go to Spot Croaker for dinner. Also, Vegan Philly was really good.

River City Den is a River City Gem!

We loved this condo. It’s cute and cozy and just felt like home away from home. Everything we needed was there and then some. The pool was great. The neighborhood and location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to return.

The Mill at Manchester not the owners fault.

The owner left snacks, bottled water and coffee for us. The condo was clean...we did not have coffee cups and had to drink from large soup bowls. The building appeared to be government assisted... never felt unsafe. The pool was a mess until two days prior to our departure...the homeowner kept in touch with the management regarding the pool. The property management company does a poor job of upkeep.
