This five-bedroom Southampton home is designed for groups who want space and privacy, with the 2026 U.S. Open just 3.6 miles away.
The house sits on a deep, wooded lot at the end of a quiet street. There are two floors, three full bathrooms, and a layout that works especially well for multi-generational families: adults downstairs with pool access and privacy, kids and common space upstairs.
THE BACKYARD
The backyard is the standout.
A large pool sits on a wraparound deck, surrounded by mature trees on three sides. The hot tub is tucked beneath the upper deck, shaded and private, and easy to use day or night. A stone fire pit with Adirondack seating is set back in the woods for evening gatherings.
The upper deck has dining for eight, a gas grill, and a shaded lounge area overlooking the pool. After a day at Coopers Beach, rinse off in the large outdoor shower — a guest favorite.

THE MAIN LEVEL (UPPER FLOOR)
The primary living space has vaulted ceilings with skylights, a large sectional facing a Smart TV, and a dining table that seats 10. The kitchen is bright and functional, with an island, stainless appliances, and sliding doors that open directly to the deck.
Two bedrooms are on this level: one king with a sleeper sofa (great for flexible overflow) and a twin room that works well for kids.
The flow from kitchen to dining to living to deck is seamless — you’ll find yourself moving between indoor and outdoor spaces all day.
THE LOWER LEVEL (GROUND FLOOR)
The lower level is quiet and private, with direct access to the pool deck.
Three king bedrooms are down here, including one with an ensuite bathroom. There’s also a full hall bath and a laundry room. This floor works especially well for adults or grandparents who want morning pool access without waking the rest of the house.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Southampton and the wider Hamptons. The home has driveway parking for up to four cars, and local beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within a short drive. Ride-sharing services operate in the area but can have limited availability during peak season.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
