About this property

Our Lake Berkley villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental ideally located off Highway 192 behind Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from restaurants, parks & golf courses

The pool area is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the parks or shopping. What could be nicer than enjoying the sun with a cold drink looking out over the lake and watching the local wildlife.

Our villa details include:-

The master bedroom has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, safe & cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hair dryer & straighteners.

The 2nd bedroom is a large sunny room with a Queen size bed, cable television, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space.

The 3rd bedroom has a Spongebob Squarepants theme with comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages along with games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space.

The lounge has 3 comfortable sofas, a 50' flat screen cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a PS3 (Blu-ray), Wii and Blu-ray player. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Alexa are all available.

We also provide a PC with high speed internet access, WiFi, webcam & printer. Free local, long distance & International calls to UK landlines.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & large George Foreman grill.

The pool area is fully screened & has a large deck area with luxury outside furniture and BBQ. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy.

The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot slate bed pool table, electronic darts & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table.

All towels & linens provided.

Very nice place

Pool was nice and heated! Found everything workable! Only issue was one of the bedrooms was found locked. After much searching we found the pass key above the master bath door trim! They asked to wash the dishes and put them away upon checkout! Very hard to do using the dishwasher with a 10 am checkout. We ran it but it was not done before we had to checkout! Washed all pots and pans by hand before we left though and left the kitchen clean!

Spring break 2024

Very nice location. The villa was great. We enjoyed the pool, lake, tennis court, basketball court, and the trail around the pond. Our kids loved it and it is in a very safe community that’s close to a lot of fun attractions. We liked it so much we are looking into purchasing a home in this neighborhood now after talking a look at an open house.

Hi, we are Lawrence and Rowena Noon and we live in Milton Keynes with our twin boys. We have been renting out our villas since 2004.

Why they chose this property

We had holidayed in Florida for several years before deciding to purchase a property. We wanted a villa in a safe resort close to both the Disney and non-Disney parks with a nice view from the pool area. We decided on Lake Berkley as it is a very well known and loved resort handily located within walking distance of Medieval Times and Walmart. The communal facilities include a large Infinity pool, kiddie splash pool, fishing, tennis courts, basketball court and gym. The resort is both gated and 24x7 security manned for added peace of mind.

What makes this property unique

The location of our villa cannot be beaten with its fantastic views over the middle lake and all it's wildlife which has included Gators, Turtles, Possums and an abundance of birdlife. Since the arrival of our boys we have made the villa more child friendly by providing a stroller, high chair, travel cot, bottle steriliser, potty, bed rail and baby bath.
