Spend your days overlooking turquoise waves while swimming in the shared pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing on the tennis court. A sauna is also available at your leisure. Less than 11 miles from your retreat, explore Perdido Key State Park, the Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, The Wharf Amphitheater, and Alabama Extreme Watersports.
When all you want to do is to relax, head for the condo's airy living room complete with ample comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a large TV, a wet bar with a stand-alone ice machine, and effortless ocean-view balcony access. The chef of your family will be delighted with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and breakfast bar.
Self-indulgence will be achieved in the primary bathroom's brand-new walk-in shower. And a good night's rest will be found in both of the bedrooms as they come adorned with soft linens and central air-conditioning. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the pull-out couch. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the condo's stellar perks.
As the sunset's orange, pink, and yellow hues begin to fill the sky, head for the balcony where you can sit and reminisce with the people you love the most.
Things to Know
There is ongoing construction in the parking garage and it will be closed until January 15th 2024. This closure will create some logistical issues related to parking availability, parking fees and entry into the building. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis with any second vehicles or visitors vehicles needing to park off site while visiting the Broadmoor. There are approximately 22 single parking spaces surrounding the Broadmoor not included in this closure. If you have paid a parking fee in the month of December, that fee will be refunded in conciliation for the inconvenience. Entry to elevators will be indicated on the first floor near the business office. If you have special needs such as handicapped parking, please notify Vacasa and we will alert the Broadmoor and request special instructions. There will be some noise and vibration associated with this project while they work on the parking garage. Unfortunately this is a byproduct of the improvements being made by the Broadmoor, and there is no way around this temporary inconvenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
