Host was welcoming and the house was very nice and clean. Very well stocked and had everything we needed. Only thing that would be nice would be something that explained the heating and cooling. We have never had to use one for heat and could not get them to work. Took a while to figure it out. Only issue we had.

Keen on Key West

My husband and I and our two sons, age 11 and 14, greatly enjoyed our stay in the Family House. It was so close to everything and yet perfectly quiet, secluded, and secure. Duval street was only a minute's walk. The lighthouse and Hemingway's house were right around the corner, and there were conveniences (pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, vehicle rental) within a block of the house. Not to mention the PARKING SPOT! Pure luxury. It actually was. With a private outdoor dining space and hot tub, it was super relaxing and practical with the laundry right outside the front door. The beds were very comfortable with individual climate control in each room. With the sleeping quarters upstairs and the living space below it was also easy for the kids to have their own space. The property management returned our texts within minutes and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, easy to walk anywhere you want to go. Beautiful pool and grounds. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, although we never cooked because of all the fabulous food that is available. Some problems with the TV’s, but they were fixed promptly. All in all, a great time was had by all.

We had a very nice stay in the Family House and really enjoyed the house, the amenities and the property. Met some fun people hanging in the pool and with CVS right around the corner had ready access to the couple things we needed. Naomi the host was so helpful both before and during the visit with helping out with an express package delivery and dropping it off inside the house. Next time we come to Key West we will definitely consider the Family House and Center Court property again. Thanks so much!!!
