I love love love this place. It’s become my go to spot. Such a great property. Everything you need is there and you’re right on a quiet cove on the lake. Real estate is so overpriced since Covid so I’m grateful Mike shares his slice of heaven with me. It feels like home.

Mike was super easy to communicate with. The house was just what we were looking for, for a relaxing weekend. The decor of the house was beautiful, especially the downstairs bathroom. Wish I could’ve brought it home. When we arrived, I found the kitchen to be somewhat dirty, but again, I let Mike know & he offered to have someone come right out. Other than that, I loved the house, location & quietness it offered. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic, and we really appreciated the amenities like the kayaks and dock access. The upstairs patio was also a great spot to relax (a small awning would make it even better for shade).That said, there were issues with cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom, lack of curtains, and stairs which lacked a handrail along its entirety. Only one of four guests received permission to unlock the front door via a phone app.

Mike was very nice and available! There were no curtains on any window, the air conditioning was not enough to cool entire place! The door entry was a pain. The dock was very nice and the kitchen was stocked and modern.

The design of the home is quite cute, the showers are great, the view is great, but there are no closets to hang clothes in, no curtains in the downstairs bedroom. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow for us older folks. The entry is a pain because of low/NO cell service. The biggest issues were,the place was dirty. The counters in the kitchen were covered in dirt/grit, as well as floors. The bathroom sinks were covered in toothpaste and dirt from someone previous, the refrigerator was nasty as well inside and out, the shower downstairs had hair in the drain from someone previous AND the sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom was unbearable most of the stay. We put bleach down it as requested by the host and it did help a little but not for long. Very disappointed in this property and I have stayed at a few.

We came here for a relaxing weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday and did exactly that. The weather wasn’t great the weekend we went so there wasn’t much to do. The host was very accommodating we were able to check-in early. He explained we wouldn’t have signal when arriving and that is exactly what happened but we were still able to check in. We had trouble navigating the door lock with the app but it was because it was set to the time of check-in. The gate surrounding the house was very tricky trying to open, at one point we thought we were going to have to leave it slightly open whenever we decided to go out for dinner or the store, but my boyfriend figured it out. There was a couple of pans that weren’t the cleanest - no biggie we were going to clean them anyways. The sponge left for us was clearly used (more like beat up lol) but we went to the dollar store and just purchased a 2 pack - one to use and one for the next guest. We also only found one tv remote, it turned on the tv in the living room and the first floor bedroom. It had no other function for the tv in the living room besides turning it on but it worked in the bedroom where we were for the most part anyways. Overall, this place was a great place to stay, we enjoyed it and would come again! Our host was super helpful and accommodating and a fast responder!
