This fully furnished two-bedroom condominium is accessed from outside on the ground floor. The patio includes a personal barbecue grill and a table and chairs to enjoy the fascinating views looking over the Black Hills. Upon entering is the living room which includes a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Following the living room is the dining area including a countertop bar and three bar stools facing the kitchen, dining table, and chairs. The kitchen comes fully stocked complete with appliances and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and dresser. The second bedroom has two Double beds, a flat-screen TV, and a dresser. The unit includes 1 full bathroom and one ¾ bathroom. Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, and central air conditioning included. Beautiful little condo. Very clean. Front desk was very accommodating. GREAT for handicap accessible as it was on the ground floor with big doors. Full kitchen with all the dishes needed plus an airfryer. For the skiiers in our group it was within walking distance to Terry Peak. We didn't want to leave!

Bikers Beware

This property layout served our needs well. We were 2 couples wanting to spend time in the Black Hills. it had 2 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The large living room was perfect for relaxing and visiting. The problem came because we were on motorcycles. I had messaged the manager to ensure that the approach to the property was paved (which it was), but it is very uneven and pitched awkwardly which made it a huge struggle to get the bikes up and down. I would not recommend for bikers.
