About this space
This stunning 3BR/2BA pool home with indoor/outdoor living in the desired Santa Barbara neighborhood. The home has open floor plan, updated kitchen, spacious covered patio, lounge furniture, dining room table and a private pool perfect to enjoy South Florida weather.
Location is close to stores and just 1mi from Pompano Beach, with attractions, restaurants, and pubs to enjoy.
The space
LIVING ROOM:
Relax in the 2 recliner sofas in the living room and enjoy your favorite show or movie in the flat screen T.V.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This home sleeps up to nine guests between the three bedrooms and extra mattress. (7 Adults max)
The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and closet. Third bedroom has 4 bulk beds. 2- twin and 2 -full bunk beds. Travel crib available.
Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

KITCHEN & DINING: The well-equipped kitchen, fully renovated with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. Take a seat at the 4-person kitchen island or gather for home-cooked meals at the 6-seat dining table.

OUTDOOR AREA: French glass doors in the pool table room open to the covered patio. Outside is completed with a grill, six-seat dining table with umbrella, four lounge chairs and an amazing pool.
* Pool heater available at $30 a day. (24hrs notice)

Guest access
The whole house and fenced-in private backyard yard with a pool. Access to the house is available via a personalized pin code.

Please note: Parking is in front of the house on the circular driveway, without garage access.

HEATED POOL
The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $30 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.

R&R at it's Finest

In town for a Family event - this house was perfect for our Family's stay. House was very clean and well appointed. Cannot think of a thing we needed that was not there. Pool was clean and the kiddos really enjoyed that. Priscilla was extremely prompt in her replies to any questions we had. We will definitely consider this property again for future visits. Thank you for making this visit so wonderful and relaxing.

Beautiful house minutes from the beach

This beautiful house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen but noticed it was well stocked with updated appliances both big and small. The pool was clean and the pool table was a great bonus for our teen boys. The owner was very responsive. If we ever go back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent stay at this location in Pompano Beach! The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The furnishings and everything included in the home were perfect for my family. Stayed here during a portion of our trip for our kids hockey tournament.

Beautiful home in a great location

This property was gorgeous! Interior was new and spotless and the communication with the owner was great. This house is fully stocked with everything you could need and I was impressed it even had an air fryer. I would say the only issue we had was with the grill not entirely working but that happens with rental properties and did not ruin our stay. If your debating on where to stay, pick this one! It's in a great location walkable to many restaurants and the beach.
