EXTRA SERVICES:
▶POOL HEATING SERVICE:
This service is only provided between November thru March. The pool can be heated for $40 per night, minimum 3 nights or $200 per week. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 80ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24-48 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

▶GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and all the cleaning after your check out for only $50. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

▶PET POLICY: Although we love dogs and cats, no pets are allowed at the house, as our home is offered to people with allergies.
