Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all floaties or toys from the water, dry them, deflate them, and store them in the beige box outside next to the pool
If you leave between Thursday and Sunday, please place trash bins for collection at the curb
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Highlands Reserve Community is a beautiful scenic neighbourhood and it's location offers perfect opportunities for a combination of any vacation style. Pool vacation? Sure thing, Wanna go shopping? Allright, within a 30 minutes radius there are all kinds of outlets and stores. Beach vacation? Just load our beach amenities into your car and within approx. an hour you're at either coast of Florida. Wanna see the themeparks? Absolutely, they're between 25 and 45 minutes away from our house.
