Two blocks to Ingersoll Avenue where you’ll find cafes, local restaurants, shops, and nightlife. A few blocks from the historic Hoyt Sherman Place. A 15-minute walk to Western Gateway Park which hosts outdoor events throughout the summer. A 15 minute walk or quick drive to Methodist/Blank Children’s hospital.
