The house is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc... It is very close to downtown with easy access. The house was fully stocked and clean as advertised. Great for a weekend trip to Des Moines.

Perfect location for Des Moines area graduation!

We stayed to celebrate a Drake graduate and had an amazing time. The location is perfect and the home is just right for a family looking to gather close to campus.

We had two young kids with us and they had a great time because there was a play room and a playground right out the front door. We walked out to that playground everyday! It was a great place for us so we could spend more time visiting with local family in the area. Convenient location to lots of local restaurants but also a very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful house in central location.

This house is much bigger than it appears in pictures. It is great for families in a central location. Very clean and Lisa was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for families!

Awesome for families!! My family of 6 fit comfortably and my kids loved playing in the basement. Location was close to downtown. The property manager was super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we had to come back to Des Moines!

Relaxed stay

We really felt at home during our stay! There were nice amenities to make us feel at home. It was very helpful with young children to have a safe park, kids games/toys, and a fenced-in yard. The low key decorations were charming and helped my nerves as there wasn’t anything to get broken! Thank you for providing a clean, safe, and homey stay!

The host was attentive. It was fairly clean… maybe a new shower curtain liner would have made it nicer. We washed the towels after use the first day so more laundry soap would have been nice. Thermostat was hard to adjust so it was warm and muggy. Furniture could use a cleaning. New pillows too!The house was fine for the 2 nights we stayed . We were not there much as we spent most of our timeOut and about.
