The home is located in a quiet, kid-friendly cul-de-sac, perfect for walking and enjoying the outdoors in a very safe environment. Conveniently situated, it is just 5.7 miles from downtown Matthews and only 1 mile from a grocery store, making daily errands simple and easy.
What makes this property unique
This two-story home comfortably fits 8 people and offers a true home away from home feel. It has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a main-level bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Upstairs, there's a master suite with a walk-in shower, a hallway bathroom with a bathtub, and a kid's room with two twin beds.
