Loved how close we were to downtown! The house was a bit run-down, some interior doors didn't close fully, but nothing we couldn't work with. Everything was clean and comfortable. The porch was fantastic for the cool mornings.

If you’re looking for a five-star luxury hotel where everything is shiny and brand new, this might not be your spot. But if you love genuine Southern charm, appreciate old-world construction, and can fall in love with a beautiful, piece-by-piece renovation, then you’ve hit a gold mine.This place has so much charisma, and it’s only getting better. You can tell the owner is thoughtfully restoring it portions at a time, which I truly appreciate. I also love that they are keeping the classic Creole cottage aesthetic alive so close to downtown Lafayette.The location is absolutely perfect:Walking distance to St. John CathedralWalking distance to downtown restaurantsA short drive to the University (UL Lafayette)

Nice, clean accommodation. We came down from New York for a Blake Shelton concert at the Cajundome. This place worked perfectly for the seven of us, plenty of room. Central location to downtown Lafayette with plenty of places to eat.

Nice place

A place was clean. Plenty big enough for our group. Some of the furniture could be upgraded, master bath needs the painting finished other than that the place was great everything worked. Location was great for our needs.

‘‘Twas ok

The house was beautiful, however it was not made clear to us that there was construction on the property. The list shows that 10 people could sleep and that was not the case. There was only room for 8. There were also dirty towels in the bathroom. The host was very quick to respond.
