Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

The townhouse is in a good walking distance to the beach. The property could use a good dusting and deep cleaning but overall my family enjoyed our stay. The onsite beach gear and community pool was a plus. We would stay again.

Lily was very responsive answering all of my questions before our arrival. We didn’t have any need to contact her for anything during our stay. The property is very quaint and the pool was clean. It’s a short walk to the beach and very inexpensive Uber rides pretty much any place you wanna go. Very quiet property.

The property was great. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and the owner got a technician out to fix it the same day with great communication. The location is close enough to walk to the beach, pool, mini golf, food and walmart supermarket. It was a quiet neighborhood and great for my two kids. We would definitely come back.

The property was in a good location overall-walkable to some shops. It is farther from the beach than expected. While mostly clean, the walls were grimey and in need of cleaning. Especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise the house had ample parking. The pool was small but nice and had most amenities one would need. I will likely find somewhere else to stay on my next trip.

Loved the location as it was near beach and pool access! Our family loved the pool the most! Would recommend a deep clean as several areas were dusty. Kitchen was stocked with lots of choices of pots and pans. Also, loved that they had beach toys for the kids on back deck! Great option for family vacation! Thank you!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with the essentials we needed. The host was immediately responsive to the 2 questions we had. The beach was a five minute walk away, and the beach towels and chairs were great. The washer/dryer worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if I visited Myrtle Beach again.
