Enjoy a phenomenal vacation with complimentary access to the array of amenities Seabrook Island offers! This private upper left end villa with incredible views of the first fairway is a favorite place for guests to stay. Close to the club and Pelican Beach, this property is both centrally located and private.
With vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and views of the canopies of oaks over the fairway, the living room is a restful spot to relax. A private balcony off overlooks the fairway. Open to the living area is a dining table and remodeled bright kitchen featuring subway tile, quartz countertops, new appliances, and an entire wall of cabinets and drawers for incredible storage and space.
Off the living area is an updated full bath with shower and vanity.
Up a flight of stairs, are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large, plush king bed, small closet area, and barn doors that open up the a balcony with views of below and windows facing the trees and sky.
A second full bath upstairs offers a vanity, tub/shower combo, and toilet. A washer and dryer off the upstairs hallway offers guests the convenience of doing laundry right within the unit. With that in mind, the villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.

LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. PET POLICY: No pets permitted at this property. LSV GOLF CARTS: No LSV vehicles are permitted at this property unfortunately. PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: STR-2025-000312 ADDITIONAL INFO: $69 Non-Refundable Fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Guest safety is always a priority. With that in mind, the villa features a fire extinguisher under the sink, multiple smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.
LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The cost of each pass is $45. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex. CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

We had a stay scehduled for a week at a property and everything was lovely. It was a nice spot, easy check in, and easy check out. Unfortunately we had an emergency come up and had to leave after one day. They worked with us and we are gratious that they did in our time of need.

Pros:
-The amenity card is amazing--gives beach club and pool access
-Free beach access also available--short drive to multiple beach boardwalks with parking available in May when we traveled
-Comfortable beds and pillows
-Easy to use washer and dryer
-New outdoor dining furniture was perfect for outdoor meals
-Tons of cabinet space for food
-VERY clean
-Extra beach toys and chair available
Cons:
-The biggest con is the thin walls between this and the next door condo. We could hear the next door neighbors all night even though they weren't being loud. No loud music or yelling, just regular talking and TV was audible in the main bedroom and downstairs in the living room. Because of this we won't stay again.
-The condo has been redecorated since these photos were taken and while I loved the style, it was super cluttered for having a 4 and 6 year old with us, I was worried they would break something all the time. --Additionally the bedroom with the king was even more cramped than pictured.
-The bunk bed ladder is broken so whoever is sleeping on the top bunk needs to be tall enough to climb up, our six year old barely made it.
-Not a fault of the property manager, but the amenity card office for Seabrook Island was very slow and difficult to work with. We filled out all the information ahead of time to get our car pass to get on the island and they had us re-do it when we arrived, it took 20 minutes to check in.

We sincerely appreciate your honesty regarding the 'Cons.' First and foremost: We have dispatched our maintenance team to repair/replace that bunk bed ladder immediately—safety is our top priority, and we apologize that it wasn't perfect for your 6-year-old. Regarding the decor: We hear you loud and clear. We are in the process of 'editing' the decor to reduce clutter and updating the listing photos to ensure they match exactly what you see upon arrival. Regarding the noise: We apologize for the sound transfer from the neighbors. While we can't change the building's construction, we are looking into adding more sound-dampening rugs and white noise machines to the bedrooms to help mask those sounds for future guests. Thank you for helping us improve!
