Wind Drift 311N 3/2 Condo - Boaters & Beachers Dream

If you are looking for Bay front and Gulf view amenities, this is the place for you. This unit has had a complete transformation as of Jan 2022 with new furnishings, bright fresh paint, stunning kitchen cabs, gorgeous marble countertops and stainless appliances. The unit is a boaters dream! Wind Drift 311N overlooks a new boardwalk, boat docks & private boat launch. See Guests Manual for Boat Pass Pricing & Details. We only accept week bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

House manual:
At Wind Drift YOU CAN BRING YOUR BOAT or PWC.
Wind Drift does allow guests to purchase day, week or monthly passes for Boats & PWC's. Pass request & payment must be made at time of booking. Passes will need to be paid for and picked-up at the Waves Management Office, located at 191 North Shore Circle, Gulf Shores, AL, 36542, MONDAY - FRIDAY, between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Cost for Boat Pass:
$50 Documentation Fee plus $50/day or $300/week
or Seasonal $200/month (off-season only 12/1-2/28)
* (includes 1st come 1st serve docks, private launch, wash & flush area & onsite trailer storage)

*** DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Check-out time is 10:00am CST. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive
shortly after your departure, so please observe the check-out time.
-Guests are responsible for garbage removal. (Trash Chute Located next to
elevator on 3rd Floor)
-All used linens are to be left on top of washer/dryer.
-Please wash and put away all dishware & kitchen utensils.
