This spot is perfect for families and friends. This 1942 home has been fully restored and updated. Once you walk into the beach themed house you will be tempted to kick off your shoes and relax. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most comfortable beds. The house also offers private parking and a private deck to view the wave pool at Schlitterbahn.
Batey’s Beach Haus is located around everything you need. It is a few steps away from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and you are within walking distance to Wurstfest. . It’s a few blocks from many tubing/rafting companies. It is also a walk away from the many activities at Landa Park.

This is a perfect house. Close to Gruene, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Waco and of course Schlitterbahn is right next door. We had a fabulous time staying here! Girls Trip with 5 of us. Veronica stayed in touch the whole time and even mailed a pillow one of the girls left! We would definitely stay here again!Thanks
