Comfortable family home

We used this home as a landing spot for our college reunion weekend and it was perfect. Very well stocked. The host was very helpful. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Family get together

We came up to spend time with family local to the area. The house is immaculate and incredibly well appointed. The owner was very accommodating and made the process seamless. It’s walking distance to a popular waterfront restaurant and to the Saratoga boathouse, Fish Creek, and Saratoga Lake. Plenty of room for couples looking to get away together. Perfect for travelling with our adult children and their families.

Amazing Experience

My family and I stayed at this property for two weeks in August and had an amazing time. We range from age ten to 92, and everyone was comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Heidi, the property manager, went above and beyond for us, and answered any questions promptly and with a wonderfully positive and welcoming demeanor. The porch was the perfect place to relax with morning coffee, and the lake provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. The property was incredibly clean, and Heidi even helped arrange for housekeepers to come during our stay so we could enjoy our vacation time. We absolutely loved this property and hope to come back again next summer!

I am a life-long resident of the area. Growing up I always wanted to live in Saratoga but work, kids and responsibilities got in the way. I recently purchased this home to have a peaceful retreat in a town I love. There is so much to do. I love the arts and the outdoors, I am a mountain biker and I also paddle board and kayak. This location is fantastic for experiencing all Saratoga has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This home is situated between downtown Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Lake. It has the best of both worlds. If you are a golfer.... there is Saratoga National Golf Club. If you kayak or paddle board, there is the Kayak Shack. If you want to have a cocktail and watch the sunset, 550 Waterfront is walking distance from my home. You can even rent a boat and walk to the marina!

What makes this property unique

This property is new and is my second home so I do not have any personal belongings that vacationers would have to navigate around. The whole house is yours to enjoy. There are two master suites and one additional queen bedroom. Two smart tvs with high speed internet. There are robust amenities for all to enjoy like a gourmet kitchen, Calphalon cookware, Cuisinart coffeepot, cotton sheets and plush towels. I want you to relish your Saratoga experience as much as I do so that you want to come back!
