Host was very sweet and responsive. House was in a good location. Very clean and set up intentionally to have extras if needed. Very thoughtful. Bed sheets looked new. Towels also. Definitely would return

Beautiful property, quiet evenings, enjoyed the pool and fire pit. The rooms were large with plenty of space great for older adults. Really enjoyed the stay!

Good communication from the hosts before and during stay. Great location for us during our holiday stay. The kitchen was perfect for prepping our Thanksgiving feast. Very close to a nice state park which was enjoyed by our active family.

Enjoyed our stay!

My favorite part of the house is a toss-up between the incredibly comfortable beds (everyone agreed) and spending evenings on the front porch! I felt the location was nice and everything was easily accessible. The host was very responsive whenever I needed to reach out.

I really love how this house is decorated and it flows really well. I enjoy the pool and the check in and being close to shopping and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and I really appreciate the host's — Great communication. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Nice Family Gathering Place

Great neighborhood and "jumping off point" for the city. Spacious Living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (yes, we cooked!), very comfortable beds and linens. The upstairs loft, with seating area and tv was perfect for the young adults. Enjoyed early am coffee and PM cocktails on the front porch! Our host Joel was more than attentive and accommodating!

Great house for a group

Very clean and good size for large group. Bunk room with toys was nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat if event or need for that size accommodations were needed. Location is convenient to PNC and NC State as well as shopping is close if needed. Recommend.

Very convenient and comfortable

Five older gentlemen visiting Raleigh for some relaxing golf and a hockey game. Stayed in this beautifully updated home which is very conveniently located to the Raleigh area. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy and communication was excellent. Joel was very responsive and helpful.

A week away

We needed a place to get away close to our kids school and where we could work from home during a home renovation. This rental house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is amazing. The kids loved the upstairs loft to play video games and watch movies. The convenience to shopping and areas to walk our dog made this a perfect spot.

Peaceful Oasis

This house was great for our stay!! Clean, beautiful home! Communication with hosts was really good and was very much in part of why our stay was so great! For groceries we were just a few minutes from a Food Lion and Target, which was super helpful!! On our trip we had 3 families which included a 4 year old, 1 year old, and 8 month old. For them there were magnetiles that all the kids loved, other toys that were great for the 4 year old! For the smallest two kiddos there was a pack n play and high chairs! The neighborhood was nice and quiet so we got to enjoy good walks and time outside in between the wedding we were attending for this trip. Also close and easy access to the Raleigh Durham airport! 10/10 stay!

Internet access awful both tv & laptops.Backyard unusable dirt yard with chicken coop & Shed.Roof gutters covered with leaves causing ceiling leak stains front room ceiling.Shower head falling apart.Green mold all over exterior.Living room couch leather multiple torn pieces.Positive- large kitchen, however many of the cabinets & panels were Velcro secured.
