One of these rooms is furnished with a king bed. The third room may be utilized either as a bedroom or as a second living area thanks to the queen sleeper sofa, extra-large TV and wine fridge located here.
The layout of the third floor is almost the same as the second, with an identical king bedroom and attached private bath at the top of the staircase. Fully fenced, the pool area is complete with comfortable lounge chairs and a stone fire pit. A hammock waits just outside the gates, strung between pilings under the shade of the house. The shared public beach access one house to the west is easily reached via the street side of the house, but please note that the beach cannot be directly accessed from the pool area.

The home was not as clean as expected upon arrival. Their photos should be updated to reflect what it looks like today. I would share photos if I could! The toilets on the first floor of bedrooms - neither were working and had been used prior to our arrival. It took 24 hrs for their repair. The toilet paper holder in 1 bathroom- part of it was broken off and laying under the sink. There was mold in the bathroom and on one of the shower curtains. The exterior- 1 of the 2 entry lights was hanging by its wiring and could have easily hit you in the head on a breezy day.To top it off - the owner had not paid the water bill - so we were without water for 6 hrs and had to use the public beach access portable toilets. Lots of fun with little ones and an elderly person with a handicap. The beach view was nice and very close to the pier. The kitchen had 1 pan! So we bought another at the store.Be sure to bring whatever you need to cook with :)

Hi Margaret,
We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. While the clogged toilets were notated by our cleaning staff when they came to prepare the home for your arrival, due to an internal miscommunication the work order to fix them was not completed until the next day. This amount of delay is not how we would normally handle this sort of report, and we do apologize. The situation regarding the water service is something that you should never have encountered and was caused by a disconnection in the owner's auto-payments that has now been corrected, but we are terribly sorry that the problem occurred at all. We don't show that you reported most of the other issues mentioned above during your stay, but we appreciate your feedback and are working to ensure that they are all addressed now. We hope that you still had a lovely week at the beach and were able to build wonderful memories together as a family.
Great location. Love staying right by pier and restaurants. Wished it was more flexible for check in check out. Cost extra for either. Loved the house.
Location of this house was excellent, walkable to restaurants and bars, and a wonderful coffee shop right on the pier. We rented the golf cart and used it a lot to get around the island, however, upon check-in, there was a lot of confusion about where the golf cart was, and the location of the keys, which I feel should have been figured out before we got there.Overall, the house was very nice, there were just a lot of small details that we felt should have been addressed for the money we paid for this property. When we arrived, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for the entire house and one bottle of hand soap, we felt at least a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom would have been reasonable. There were no sheets on the sofa bed when we went to use it. The company did get back to us the next morning to provide sheets. Toilet paper holders were ripped off and not repaired. I can’t speak for all the beds in the house, but I do think that the boxspring in the first bedroom on the second floor was broken. The end of the modular sofa in the living room was not connected when we arrived. The management company sent someone and it was repaired. There was also a leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms that they sent someone to take a look at. There was mold in the grout of our bathroom and just lots of little details that We just felt that they may need to do a better job of keeping up the property. But overall, it was mostly clean and the location was fantastic.
The rooms were all very clean and the Ocean and Beach view were excellent. Location of the island and convenience to shops, groceries, etc. were perfect. In my bedroom the King mattress in the bedroom located on the 3rd floor at, next to, the "pier end" of the house needs to be replaced (or turned and flipped) in the near future, as the springs were felt & uncomfortable and the two sides of the bed were pretty depressed from continued use with rotation & being flipped. Everyone else reported that theirs were fine.We loved the layout of the house with the kitchen/living area being on the 2nd floor and all bedrooms located on the 3rd and 4th floors. Elevator worked great for us with mobility issues. The pool was great for the kids. Would like to have grilled out a couple of times but the grille grates need to be replaced.Overall, I would give it a 10 rating.
