Unbeatable location and cozy condo to come back to after experiencing all that Salem has to offer.

1st Level- Open concept kitchen and living room with an electric fireplace and a half bathroom. Refrigerator, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave available for guests to use.

2nd Floor-Full bathroom with standing shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has also has a queen size bed.
Small private outdoor patio. One private off street parking spot.

PLEASE BE ADVISED-There is a spiral staircase that might not be suitable for young children.

This property was in such a great location, beyond easy access to all of the sights of Salem. Parking was convenient too! The condo was adorable, comfy and cozy! Plenty of space, both the couch and beds were very comfortable. Communication was fantastic, she answered all of my many, many questions quickly! It was the perfect stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent location in the historic district

My wife and I visited for Halloween in Oct. 2023 and loved our stay. The condo was perfect and in the best location in the historic district to walk to all of the festivities and great restaurants in the area.

Perfect place in downtown Salem. Very clean and close to downtown shops and history. The spiral staircase is pretty but not for small kids or people with mobility issues. Hosts were great!

Great Stay!

This is a clean, charming and nicely decorated condo in a fantastic location. We walked to shopping, dinner, tours and museums in 5-10 minutes. I was concerned that it would be noisy outside because it was so close to everything but it was quiet. Check in was super easy. I highly recommend a stay here.

Host was great, appliances need up dated, it was a pain to get suitcase up spiral staircase ( it should only be rented if you are young) no where to put your clothes (closets were locked) cleanliness could’ve used a little more work. Enjoyed Salem, location of Verbo was good.

Salem Mass. trip

This was my first time using VRBO. The experience was so easy to book this property for our trip. I met the property manager, and she was so nice and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. It was very close to a lot of the tourist attractions and I was able to walk to most of them. I use a cane for stability and I'm unable to walk very far. I highly recommend this property to future VRBO customers. It was so nice and comfortable! Thanks Jackie!!!

Perfect location for visiting Salem on foot

Cozy little house within walking distance of historic Salem. Comfortable and inviting. We were able to park our car and leave it for the duration of the stay, everything you’d want to see is walkable from this house. My wife and I stayed there with another couple. My only complaint is there is only one real bed, the other options are a small cot or an inflatable queen size mattress. This was clearly communicated in advance, I knew that’s what it was going to be. It worked, it wasn’t bad, but it would be nice to see this property get a second real bed. Nothing that would deter me from staying there again though, this place was great.

There is some history all over the area so the property may seem old but not ancient but not brand new which gives the property character, a little rust here and there but I would say quite clean. Good for small group.The couch was comfy, rooms were a good size. Beds were good, one was softer than the other. I will say, not enough pillows for me but that is preference. Location is great and convenient, Walked pretty much everywhere near the central area of Salem (where all festivities were). I want to say we were roughly anywhere between a 5 to 20 min walk from all the places we wanted to see within Salem. Lastly, the host was great at communicating as well. Didn't have too much to ask but anytime I did reach out, she was quick to respond. Highly appreciate the quick communication! For side notes, I would like to mention that the spiral staircase and half bathroom downstairs is a tight space. We had no issues with the space as I am under 4' and my sister is 5' but this might be a tad small for anyone who is extremely tall or more on the heavy set. Lastly, because we did not have a car, we were a little lost for a good few minutes trying to find the door when checking in. The instructions were clear enough when parking a vehicle but because we didn't park, we didn't walk down all the way to see the door or lockbox (more of a me issue hahah). Overall, great stay, great location, and highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!
