You'll have access to the whole property including the 2-car attached garage! Additional paid daytime only parking is available in the complex. Additional overnight street parking is available nearby.

The Neighborhood:
This town home is just off Ellington Parkway, in East Nashville. Next door to Grimey's Record Store, which hosts local musical acts weekly! Living Waters Brewery and Espresso Cafe is also nextdoor, and it's a local favorite. You're within walking distance to Mickey's Tavern and Fox Cocktail Bar, so you've got great nightlife options! Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen, serving their famous beef sandwich and amazing scratch pastas, is a 3 minute walk - need we say more?! Just a 4 minute drive to the center of Five Points, which is beaming with local nightlife, and a 7 minute drive to middle of the all the action in downtown Nashville. Only 17 minutes to the airport - you're in a great spot!
