Summary:

Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.



*Nissan Stadium – 9 mins

*Grand Ole Opry – 10 mins

*Bridgestone Arena – 12 mins

*GEODIS Park (Nashville FC Soccer Stadium) - 15 mins

*Gaylord Opryland - 8 mins

*Airport – 15 mins!



The Space:

This newly renovated space is located on the first floor of our lived-in home. It is equipped with a queen size bed, a queen size pullout sofa, smart TV, and a kitchenette with a fully stocked coffee bar.

This space is ideal for single travelers, couples, families with younger children, and your furry companion (for a fee).



Guest Access:

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, beautiful, peaceful residential area. But close to everything due to easy access to all highways.



Getting Around:

You will have your own driveway. It is very easy to get around as we are very close to all major highways.



Other Things to Note:

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!



We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.

A sound machine will be provided just in case!



The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests.



We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the Airbnb app.

Please leave the bottom lock unlocked. But press the # for 2 seconds on your way out to lock.
We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes. Clean dishes can be left out drying. Dish rack is under the sink.
- Outdoor: If umbrella was used, please make sure it is closed and the lights are off. - Guests with pets: Please clean up after pets. Doggy bags are attached to the fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The best stay I could ask for in Nashville! Perfect for my small family and I! 1 dog and 1 toddler and it was like a dream! Great yard for us to stretch our legs and enjoy the outdoors. Having a spotless unit is our top priority so I am disappointed to hear about the floors feeling like they were not freshly cleaned. Our cleaners do sweep/vacuum and mop on every clean so I apologize that this was not up to standards for you. We would have more than happy to address this during your stay but unfortunately this was not reported which does not give us an opportunity to make it right. Convenient and quiet neighborhood

This was a good studio apartment very convenient to highway to downtown Nashvillle and really close to the Gaylord and The Grand Old Opry. Clean, quiet and perfect for our needs.
