The Space:
Situated in the beautiful Blue River area, this bright and charming home is the perfect place for a peaceful mountain getaway! The open and social layout is ideal for group trips with a spacious living room, a game room, a large kitchen, and four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. After a day full of adventures, relax out on the expansive wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy the gorgeous views over the mountains and trees while you soak in the 5-person hot tub. This home has everything you need for year-round fun!

Enter the home on the lower level either through the front door or from the garage, where you will come to a cozy game room. In this space, you will find a large hallway closet as well as an area for storing your outdoor shoes, so you can unload your gear before settling into the home. This room is a perfect hang-out spot where you can enjoy a round of pool or relax in the two log chairs while you take in the views of the surrounding trees from the large windows. Connected to this room is a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is great for sharing, with a full-size bed and a sofa that can be pulled out to a queen-size bed. The room includes a tall dresser with a TV, a piano, and a full-size bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and a double-sink vanity.

From the front hallway, take the stairs up to the main level where you will find a living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as a bedroom. In the living room, you will find an inviting space with impressive views all around. Enjoy relaxing evenings with your group in this space, where you will find a three-person and two-person leather couch situated around a coffee table. A TV with a Samsung Soundbar sits atop an entertainment stand, making for a cozy space for movie nights. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy the mountain and tree views. You will also find a BBQ out on the deck perfect for summer night BBQs, as well as a five-person hot tub.

Back inside, you will find the kitchen and dining space adjacent to the living room. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has high-end finishes with beautiful cabinetry and countertops as well as stainless steel appliances and will have everything you need to prepare a meal for your group with a full range of cookwares including a crockpot and a blender. A kitchen island provides additional counter space as well as two bar stools for extra seating. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining table, so you can easily bring hot dishes straight to the table for a family-style meal with your group. Down a hallway from the kitchen, you will find a laundry room, a half bathroom, and a bedroom. The main level bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed in a metal bed frame, matching nightstands, and a dresser with a TV atop. The bedroom includes a spacious en suite bathroom that has an L-shaped double sink vanity that will provide ample space to spread out and store your toiletries. Freshen up before bed with a soak in the large soaking tub or step into the shower where you will find two shower heads. The bathroom also includes a separate toilet room for added privacy.

Make your way up to the third floor of the home, where you will find an additional two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large closet and dresser, and a corner desk by the window for a peaceful workspace. The bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Across the hallway is the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed in a wooden bed frame, matching nightstands, a closet and dresser, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and outdoor spaces which include a spacious deck and a hot tub. The home includes access to 4 parking places, two in the garage and two in the driveway in front of the home.

Located in the south part of the Blue River area, this home is nestled amongst the mountains and trees, providing a peaceful setting for a memorable getaway. The home’s location is perfect for those looking to explore this outdoor wonderland, putting you within a short distance of many hiking, snow-shoeing, and mountain biking trails. A quick five-minute drive from the home will have you at Hoosier Pass, and an 11-minute drive to the beautiful Montgomery Reservoir and Wheeler Lake Trailhead. This is a paradise for avid hikers, with multiple trailheads in every direction, including North Star Mountain, Blue Lakes, and McCullough Gulch. This home is the perfect place for those looking to get away from the crowds while still having quick access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Grab your skis and make the 20-minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort or head into the charming downtown Breckenridge area, just a short 16-minute drive from your door. The Breckenridge historic district is under a 20-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. Due to this home's location, vehicles with 4WD are recommended in the winter months.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
