The stay was clean and very easy check in amd our process. The host was very responsive. It was nice to be in walking distance of the Green Lake walking trail.
Location is great. It is on a busy avenue, but the house is quiet. Be aware that there is no parking in front of the house and side street parking is limited.
We had an outstanding stay in this comfortable, roomy, and impeccably clean and well organized home. Though facing Aurora boulevard, a busy divided highway, the house was utterly quiet and peaceful and located just steps from the crosswalk. Our host Chuck was easy to reach with any questions. Check in and out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property.
Check-in was super easy. Host sent us instructions on parking. The place was clean and looked alike the pictures. My bed was comfy. Kitchen had dishes, pots and pans. Coffee and hot water warmer. Fewer of any other kitchen items. Only thing was we had a person in each of the living room futons. There are more like couches and we had one set of sheets for the 2 futons. there were plenty of blankets though
well built house that is well maintained. Dining table metal and magnetized....made for outdoor use. Dining table bench for sitting collapsed when used. Side streets used for parking. Rte 99 in front noisy but not a problem one bock to crossing into Greenlake perimeter and walking/biklng trails Good place to stay overall..
The property inside was very nice. Perfect. Clean. Comfortable. The outside is ok in front but the back is in construction. It wasn't clear when renting that it had multiple apartments inside and so it was a surprise when in the middle of the night it was quite noisy.
The traffic from the busy road in front and upstairs neighbors was very distracting. The place had very minimal supplies, especially in the kitchen. While the place was clean, we won’t be staying here again.
I hate to give a bad review, but future guests need to know that the noise level in unit A (the one we stayed in) can be absolutely intolerable. There was someone in the apartment right above our heads who paced back and forth and moved around ALL NIGHT until 6am. The floor above squeaked and we could hear every movement. And while it’s in a nice location, the house is also on a very busy and noisy street. We were awake all night because of this. The house is nice enough, but nosier than any other I’ve stayed in.
Tri-plex house close to dining Seattle sights but noisy
The listing isn't really clear that this is a triplex house (fortunately we were the only renters for our stay). Road noise was pretty loud. The property was recently renovated but shows signs of not getting through cleaning between bookings (sticky grease on stove and hood, bathrooms need a good scrub). When we rented the property it showed a lovely backyard with a play yard so we were surprised to look out the main bedroom to see construction of a new home. Off street parking was also listed but that was always taken by construction crew. Beds were comfortable but towels were small and thin, no washcloths.

Bad check in
We were not given the door code until 20 minutes after checking in. This was very annoying as we had to wait out on the porch to go inside and use the restroom. The housekeeper had just left before we got there and the floor around the dining room table was sticky. The cups and plates and other things were just kind of a random mishmash That looked like someone went shopping at Goodwill.

Beautiful Home
The home was beautifully renovated and the beds very comfortable. Although it states up to 6 people, it wasn't equipped for 6. There were only 4 bed pillows, 3 towels, 3 hand towels, no washclothes or dish towels. I small pot and 1 large pot, no bakeware sheets. Thankfully, we took most of what we needed. Check-in was not provided until I asked for it at 1:30 the day of arrival. I felt that info was withheld unnecessarily until later than necessary. The next guest arrived around 9:30 am and tried to open the door and loitered on property while we were moving stuff out. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time here.

We regularly provide 4 sets of bath towels. When the number of people in the order is greater than 4 people, we will provide additional supplies. Your order shows 4 people, but you have too many guests, which is against the rules. Later, after the guests informed us, we also made a special trip Supplied, thank you again for your stay.
