Robert was a wonderful host. The villa was perfect for our extended family stay for a wedding and sightseeing. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Living area had plenty of room which worked well for our group. Loved the outdoor seating area and yard. The Bocci ball and putting green were wonderful activities while socializing. We enjoyed the hot tub and soaked daily! This was close to everything we wanted to do! Couldn’t have picked a better location. You can’t beat this stay and the great host. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

We had a wonderful 6 days here while we were in town for our son’s wedding in San Clemente. The location was central to everything we needed. Grocery store was close and even a wonderful little bagel shop! The home was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub and our kids loved putting on the little green in the backyard. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

This place was awesome! Everything was extremely clean. The pool and spa were awesome and super easy to use. The putting course and ping pong table kept all of us happy and busy. The owners were very supportive and easy to communicate with. They checked in with us to make sure that we were happy and doing well, but certainly were not overbearing. The location is great- easy access to highways and the beautiful Dana Strands Beach where we played a lot. It was also great being across the street from a playground where my son played basketball (which the owners provided) every day and the smaller kids played on the playground. The kitchen was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The property was exactly as described. We loved staying and wished this was our home!

The house is beautiful, extremely spacious, and in a great location. Good location. Close to Costco and beach. We chose this site primarily for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub could be warmer. My grand daughters enjoyed the pool and ping pong. The patio seating was ideal for our group. The owner was very responsive to questions and needs. This is a very quiet neighborhood with well maintained homes.
