The villa was newly built in 2017. It combines the most modern standard with tropical flair in the Bahama style of the Caribbean. It is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral, in a quiet residential area.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The living room radiates warmth and comfort, and the large windows make the rooms appear bright and friendly. The two ceiling fans with palm fronds convey a touch of the Caribbean,
Adjacent is a small office space with its own desk and armchair.

The dining room overlooks the villa's front garden. A beautiful table, stained in dark mahogany, accommodates all guests. Here you can spend nice evenings.
The kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances provides modern convenience to your Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee machine in addition to a regular coffee machine. Here you have a round glass table with upholstered rattan chairs.

The master suite offers comfortable luxury, with a king-size bed and a TV, as well as private access to the pool area. You'll love the en-suite bathroom with a shower, dual vanities and a deep, luxurious soaking tub!
The second guest bedroom at Villa Bahama Bay is also furnished with a king-size bed. This room also offers a TV and private access to the covered terrace and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This faces the front of the house.

The garden of the house is a private oasis with everything that makes a Florida vacation special. The crystal-clear pool with whirlpool forms the focal point. The covered terrace offers sun loungers and a dining area. From here you have beautiful views of the water. From the small dock with Tiki-Hut you can explore the canals and lakes around the villa with one of the two available kayaks. In total, you can navigate and explore over 60 km of connected canals.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

Your villa faces south and is situated on an oversized canal. The dock offers a fantastic view of the opening canal bend. Small sea turtles regularly swim curiously around the dock. This is the best place to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

Shops like Publix and Target are just minutes away. All golf courses in Cape Coral can be reached quickly and easily due to the villa's central location. Recreational activities such as mini golf, the 'Tropical Breeze Fun Park' or the water park 'Sun Splash' are also nearby. Do you want to eat-out? Then you have the choice of different restaurants in the area.

The central location, south orientation and the view over the canal offer everything that makes a relaxing and leisurely holiday so valuable.
