The main level features an updated kitchen with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and cherry wood cabinetry. The adjacent living room is surrounded by natural light spilling in from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Warm up and unwind in front of the brand new wood-burning stove, flip on your favorite TV show or movie, and stretch out on the cool leather seating. High-speed internet ensures that everyone can stream, call, and work remotely with ease.

Also, on this level, you'll find two sizable bedrooms and a bathroom. In the primary bedroom suite, you'll wake up every morning feeling as if you are in the clouds, thanks to the ample windows and picturesque sunrise/sunset views. For those working remotely, the stand-up desk, provided monitor, and dock station have you covered, all with a radiant mountain view! The fourth bedroom is also upstairs. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning, though there is a constant breeze due to the high altitude.

When you aren't shredding the slopes, utilize Beech Mountain Club's private 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, pickleball court, and fitness facility. Upta Beech comes with the ability to request Beech Mountain Club membership privileges. Beech Mountain Club access fees apply currently only allowing a transfer of membership. Please inquire prior to booking, if you want to use the club. A minimum of two weeks' notice is advised due to paperwork.
