The open-concept main floor has a modern kitchen, bar seating for 4, dining room seating for 8, 2 sitting areas, a deck, full bath, and a queen bedroom. The third floor has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with attached full bath, queen bedroom, kids' room with two bunk beds) and another full bath. There is also an outdoor shower, beach toys, and covered storage area.
