Prosser Dam Paradise

Relax with the whole family at my peaceful place on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance from downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay.

The house sits on a fully fenced in 3 acre parcel, of which guests will have access to the front half. Guests can enjoy relaxing and watching tv on the 75 inch living room tv while the chefs of the family enjoy a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. Two bedrooms feature Cal King beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed to enjoy a good nights sleep in.

This house is not for those looking to party. This house is for groups looking to enjoy a beautiful vacation in the mountains and all that Truckee/Tahoe has to offer. The bathtub is disconnected, so both bathrooms will only act as showers.

Host was very welcoming and forthcoming with some last minute discoveries regarding dishwasher, etc. Location was close to local eateries with quick access to the main interstate and highways without all the congestion. My husband and son were able to go to the nearby dam for a quick cast and even caught a brown trout before we left to go home!!

Peaceful setting

The spacious layout of this beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. There is plenty of privacy for everyone plus large common living space and massive deck. The host, Kevin, thought of ecerything to make our July 4th week holiday special and was wasily reachable to assist with best eateries, shopping & activities.
The 3 arcade games were a hit! & scavenger hunt in the large fenced yard

Great home base for skiing

A lovely place to stay for our ski trip, despite no snow. We found other things to do and enjoyed the cabin itself. I loved the fact that the kitchen is set up for people who cook. The knives were sharp, which is a rarity at a rental in my experience.

For me it’s an ideal Truckee neighborhood. Surrounded by larger acreage parcels you get the privacy that not many spots in Truckee offer while also keeping close proximity to downtown.

Less than a mile to Prosser Reservoir and less than 10 minutes to downtown, private with easy access, this property is unlike many others listed in Truckee.
