Easy checked in. Very convenience location. Spacious property. All essential (kitchen, bathroom etc) are available and handy. We go to swim meet at A&M all the time and will definitely rent this place again in our next meet.

Great Value!

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom, minutes from the school. Its not the newest place, but a 2 car garage and large livong room with dining room table are very helpful. There is a bunkbed room decorated for kids. We kept the cars in the garage at night and that gave us great peace of mind.

Brad and I both went to Texas A&M and loved living in College Station. We're excited to share it with you! We have 3 kids who play sports, so that's how we spend much of our free time. We love to host, because we enjoy sharing our home and helping you have a great stay!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, so you can feel comfortable walking or jogging or just hanging out at the house. There are multiple ways to get in and out of the neighborhood with access to the highway and lots of fun places nearby.

What makes this property unique

Our home is super close to lots of popular restaurants, shopping, Texas A&M, and highway 6. The location is awesome! We've put a lot of love into the house and hope you enjoy it!
