Welcome to Anchor Down!

Welcome to Anchor Down-our beautiful pool home in the heart of Cape Coral on a Gulf access canal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms and two full baths make this home the perfect getaway retreat!

The Space

Come take a dip in the refreshing heated pool or sit and relax with your drink of choice as the children swim. Or perhaps you'd prefer to spend your day fishing off the private dock. It's your vacation, you choose!

The inside of the home is beautifully decorated featuring comfortable furniture with a cozy Florida feel.

The master bedroom suite with pool access, boasts a comfortable king size bed, television and beautiful bathroom with ample storage space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with television and finally, the third bedroom has a single bed as well as a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom, a single on the top and a television.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender and more. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are two living areas both furnished with televisions to watch your favorite shows or just space to unwind with family and friends.

Location

Conveniently located near major stores such as Walmart, Target, Publix and more. Enjoy fresh, local cuisine at a variety of restaurants Cape Coral has to offer or take a short drive in to Fort Myers for an endless variety of dining choices.

Guest Access

Guests are given a key code to enter the home. Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of a locked owner's closet.

Other Things to Note

- All doors located from the house into the pool area are equipped with alarms for your safety. Please make sure they are in the 'on' position and are operational.

- Quiet time is between 10 PM - 7 AM.

- The boatlift may be used with prior permission and at additional cost.

- Pet fee is $20 per day with a one-pet limit.

- All pets must be crated when left alone.

- The pool is heated to 85 degrees. We understand each guest may have different preferences for pool temperature. If you would like the pool to be heated above 85 degrees, there will be a daily charge of $20. Please let us know if you'd like the pool temperature raised for your stay.

- This home is child friendly but not childproof.

- Guests are not allowed to received mail at this address.

- This is a no-smoking home.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Doors and windows with pool access are equipped with alarms please ensure they are turned to the on position and in working order upon your arrival.
Guests are not allowed to receive mail at this address. No smoking is allowed inside the residence. The residence is child friendly, not child proof.
There is a one pet policy with an additional $20 per day charge. All pets must be crated when the guest is not on the property. Quiet time 10 P-7 A.

The home was perfect and exactly as shown in the listing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the location was great, close to a beach, many restaurants and ice cream.

Beatiful, homey, cozy house in a great location!

We had a great time in this beatiful house and it's surroundings. The location is great and the house is both very functional and beatifully decorated making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We felt safe and at home during our entire stay. We enjoyed the pool and the dinner area in the lanai a lot, as well as the common areas inside the house. The bedrooms are great as well, especially the master and the attached bathroom. We did not need a lot of assistance or help, but when we had questions, the owner was very quick to respond. There is not a hugh amount of plates, glasses and utensils in the kitchen, but we did on the other hand find everything we needed. And because there is a dishwasher to use, it really did not pose any problem. Thanks again for an amazing 10 days!!!
