Sandy Feet Retreat! We have completely redecorated and upgraded this home with new furniture and Fresh linens and much more in 2021! This is an Immaculate south facing 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom Home. Everyone gets their own bathroom. This beautiful home has it all for the vacation renter. It is beautifully professionally landscaped and sits on a canal with only two turns on the water to direct gulf access. Full enclosed lanai with heated saltwater pool system that is easy on bathing suits, skin and eyes!! Pool is heated to 85 degrees free of charge. (90 degrees is available for $10day)
Lanai area also has a LCD Smart TV with Roku and Streaming capabilities. There is plenty of dock space to hang out or fish. You can bring your boat or rent one and keep it right at the dock. Just let us know and we can get you set up. Lani area also has a stainless steel BBQ with lighted canopy for your use. Show the family your grilling skills while they are splashing in the pool. We have added a hot tub to the end of the pool in 2023.
The open floor plan provides this home with no steps, a large kitchen with with a gigantic center island with seating for 6 people, all granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We also have a separate ice machine to fill your cooler or lots of drink glasses for the day if needed.. (no buying bags and bags of ice!!) Three bedrooms with three beautiful bathrooms each with tubs and or showers. Master bathroom is very large with his and hers vanities and walk in closets along with large walk in doorless shower with sunflower shower head. Master also has jetted soaker tub for relaxing sore muscles. Washer and dryer also provided free of charge. This home has 5 smart tv's all with Roku and streaming capabilities, including the monster 75" smart OLED TV with Sonos Sound System in the Living Room. The master Bedroom and lanai TVs also have sonos sound bars, so you can stream your music also.
The Dock area has recently been upgraded with maintenance free decking and automatic lighting. Dock area also has lay down patio chairs for catching the sun Ray's by the water and has a large relaxing paver sitting area around a firepit. It's a great way to spend the day sun tanning down by the water or ending the day and just relax and watch the sunset from your own dock area. You can even see the occasional dolphin or manatee right from the dock, even an occasional shark or swimming gator. so neat to see!! (Don't worry gators can not get on the property)
Home is in a perfect location for doing anything in Cape Coral or Fort Myers. Located in SE Cape with super easy Midway bridge access. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for evening walks.
So much to access from this centrally located home. Go to beach at the Yacht Club that is only 6 miles away with free parking or go explore Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Matlacha, Fort Myers Beach, Naples or anywhere else your heart desires.
Whatever it is you need to make your stay at our Sandy Feet Retreat more pleasurable we will try to do you for you..

We have been to Cape Coral many times for vacation and this by far was the best and most enjoyable stay. RANDY is an OUTSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING HOST. Always available and quick to respond. The home is lovely and provides all you need for a VRBO. It is clear that the owners take pride in their home and providing their guests with nothing but the best. We will be back for sure. Great place to relax

We had a wonderful time at the Sandy Retreat. Place was immaculate and the accommodations including 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for us (3 couples). The pool and lanai area was a great place to relax, eat and just chill which was our intention with this getaway.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time! We spent 1 week for our yearly family vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool and dock area were wonderful it was nice to hang out in the pool during the day and at night go walk and sit out on the dock very quite and relaxing just what we needed. We had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future!

Clean, Cozy, and Perfect for Our Cape Coral Getaway!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this Cape Coral rental! The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was very refreshing. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. Our dog loved the spacious layout and the fenced-in yard, which gave her plenty of room to run around. Randy, the owner, was communicative and attentive, ensuring we settled in smoothly and offering to answer any questions. We can’t say enough about the property and the owners. The place was like brand new and could not have been cleaner. The home has a great layout and very large kitchen. Enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!

Sandy feet retreat was the perfect spot for our first trip to Cape Coral! The home is lovely, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Randy was easy to reach and very responsive. The pool was the perfect temp after a long day in the sun boating. We were able to keep our boat right at their dock and had easy access to the river and gulf. The house is close to plenty of shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent property! Deserves a 10! Been visiting Cape Coral for over 5 years & this is the best one! We lived on the lanai & in the beautiful 85+ degree pool. We will definitely be coming back here. Property owner bent over backwards for us. This is a jewel!

Perfect vacation!

Cannot think of anything that could be improved on. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn't have the occasion to use the grill, but everything needed for snacks and drinks were readily available. Highly recommend The Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill for a wonderful sunset dinner! Beds were comfortable, hot tub luxurious, pool clean and refreshing. Would definitely consider this our #1 choice for our next getaway!

Thumbs Up for Sandy Feet Retreat

5 stars all the way! Randy and Mary were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location of the property is excellent for biking, shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Access if you are intereseted in getting on the water. We spent the a lot of our time out on the lanai, which is very nicely set up. We highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Property was very clean and well stocked, and updated. Pool heater worked great and hot tub was excellent. Owner was very proactive and checked in on us and answered any questions quickly. Great house layout and if you needed an office desk etc. WIFI worked great and plenty of TV's. Only thing was the gas fire pit by the dock wasn't working which owner explained that its been a challenge since hurricane to get a maintenance man to fix. Secure neighborhood for walking and close to everything you need for shopping. Highly recommend this house for a getaway vacation.

Cape Coral Stay

The host was amazing, very quick to respond to to all needs. Despite the fact that the area was hit with a major hurricane (Ian) the property was pristine, any issue was resolved quickly and methodically. Great community, great area in the middle of Fort Myers, Naples and Punta Gorda. I recommend this house. We also boated the area and the house has fantastic docking facilities. Thanks to Randy for renting such an amazing house and being fantastic hosts!!

Home with a Resort Feel

We felt like we were at a nice resort at Sandy Feet! Secluded and quiet but close to lots of options, had everything we needed, loved the pool and the foosball table! Professionally decorated with a beachy vibe, clean, and comfortable. We drove over to Sanibel 2 days (about a 40 minute drive), took a boat charter out of Cape Coral for the afternoon, and watched to sunset from the yacht club. Great communication with the owner! Would recommend for a family, kids/teens, and even a pup or two (fenced in yard was a bonus)! Exceeded our expectations!

Family Vacation

VERY EASY for older family members, easy to walk into the shower and into the home. I have a parent who has had multiple hip replacements and has ambulation issues so this house was perfect. I also appreciate that all the lights are clearly labeled as to which one is which. Everything you need in this home is provided. We enjoyed the local restaurants, visited Fort Myers and Sanibel beach, and enjoyed the pool at the home. Owner was easy to get a hold of.

Beautiful family friendly home.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Also loved that we could bring our furry family member. The house has a doggie door from the lanai to a perfect fenced in and safe relief area. We even used the captain and boat that is on property. It’s nice just being a guest and having a great time while boating. The hot tub is a bonus with chilly mornings and nights. Outside TV was used every evening. We absolutely appreciated the higher end amenities that were offered for our use in the kitchen and throughout the home. Thank you Randy and spouse for sharing your home.

Awesome Property

Randy and Mary’s Cape Coral home is even better than the description! We have rented a number of vacation properties in Arizona and Florida over the past few years, and this Cape Coral home is, by far, our favourite rental! The entire home is lovely, but our favourite part of the house is the lanai area equipped with an outdoor TV, saltwater swimming pool, and relaxing hot tub. In addition, the home is located in a great neighbourhood, which is close to two shopping centres as well as the Midpoint Bridge. Randy and Mary were wonderful hosts - readily available to answer questions - and their attentiveness to their renters is top-notch. We are counting down the days until we can return to this awesome property!

Everything you need!

This property was great! It was exactly as described in words and pictures. It was very clean. We used the grill and had all the necessary tools and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and we rested well every night. It is close enough to get to shopping areas in minutes. The owner gave us a list of great places to eat and the ones we tried were excellent. The pool and spa topped our days off. We had two small yorkies, so the fenced in area was a great place for them to potty. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. You won’t be sorry if you decide to rent it.

Sandy Feet '22

We loved our stay! It is a beautifully decorated home with all of the comforts of your own home. We brought our English Cream Retriever this us and the yard and neighborhood were perfect for him. The neighborhood is super dog-friendly as many people have dogs and are very friendly. We were invited over to play at several of the neighbors as dogs love to play! We are boaters and the dock is large and easy to access. The owners are very responsive. The home is meticulously kept up as is the yard and pool. This is by far our favorite Florida vacation home so far. We'd be back next year but it was already booked!

Nice spring break in Cape Coral

This is a very nice house. When friends came over to visit all they could say is "give me the tour". Its that nice. The furnishings are excellent and new, the pool was nice and warm when we arrived in late March. The pool has a solar cover and it helps keep the cool overnight. I highly recommend using the solar cover each day/night. The pool and the house were very clean, and the owners provided some nice touches such as big plush pool towels, a well stocked kitchen with many bowls and items needed for cooking and baking. The neighborhood is nice and the landscaping is beautiful. This property shines and impresses. We would love to come back.
