About this property

1st floor 3BR 2Bath Oceanfront Condo w/pool and 2 assigned parking spots!

3 night rental available during some periods of high season. High season weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required. Up to date 1st floor unit with 2 parking spaces.

Both bathrooms of the condo have been completely renovated. All new flooring and window treatments.

Condo is oceanfront and overlooks the pool. Beach toys, beach chairs, and storage provided. Linens included for 7 day stays during high season. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. The unit has wifi and expanded cable. Some board games on site. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, plenty of dishes, and cookware. The beds are 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Single over double Bunk Beds with a trundle, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Nice patio furniture for outdoor dining. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towels.

All Weekly Summer Rentals include Cleaning, Linens, and bath towels. There is free WiFi as well.

All non-prime weeks include cleaning. Linens are an option.

Free WiFi, Expanded cable, Beach Chairs, and Beach Toys . Storage on front ocean side deck so all sand toys and sand stays outside, easy access. 1st floor unit only 12 steps up.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any used or damp towels in the tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday only during high season. Parking for 2 cars only! No exceptions.
No Smoking in the condo or the pool area and no children under the age of 14 at pool without an adult on the pool deck.
No beach towels provided with linens.

The location was prefect. Great beach access and a lot of items were provided that meant less packing for us. Parking lot was a little tight but we managed. Condo was very clean!

Loved the location, a few steps from the beach and being able to listen to the waves and the covered porch was a favorite by all. Enjoyed having a quick email with directions, list of eating spots and grocery stores. Relaxing, just what we were looking for.

Perfect Beach Trip

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and spotless! The location was just perfect - steps away from the pool and beach, beautiful view, and quiet area. We loved spending time on the large porch, and having beach chairs and equipment available made it so easy to enjoy the beach each day.

This place was great for our family vacation and clean. Room for everyone to have our own personal space and a place to come together to eat and place a couple of card games. Perfect Getaway

Beautiful clean condo that is the perfect spot for a vacation. The beds are so comfortable and the condo has such easy access to beach and pool. You are close enough to the heart of CB for night time fun, but the perfect distance for family fun at the pool and beach away from huge crowds! Great host! Perfect long weekend.

Host quickly answered questions! It was just as described, and we really enjoyed the porch. It was a quiet area of beach and great access. The only downside is parking is super tight if you have a large SUV or truck.
