Fantastic private backyard has a large pool w/spa. Nearby is a covered cabana with fire pit, seating and misters. The outdoor kitchen, including built-in bbq grill, is also covered. Outdoor shower, hammock and a bocce ball court round out the area. Located five minutes from downtown with plenty of shopping just minutes away, what makes this house so special is the large backyard! Make a splash in the saltwater pool, kick back in the spa, have a cocktail sitting near the cabana fire pit, cook burgers in the outdoor kitchen or play bocce ball.

EXTRA CHARGES -
From November through May, there is a $150/day pool heating fee. If you only want to use the spa, the fee is $75/day. For bookings 28 days or longer, the pool heating fee is $43/day and the spa only fee is $25/day.

$100 pet fee charged if you plan on bringing your dog.
