It has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - fabulous kitchen and bathrooms, designer decor, high end appliances and fixtures, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, 4 flat screen TVs and comfortable sleeping quarters. The free flowing floor plan provides enough space for your entire group to spread out and enjoy.

Great for extended families as there is a Main House plus an attached Casita. Two full kitchens. Two living areas. And three Primary Suites.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are three King Primary Suites - two in the Main House and one in the Casita. Each feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and en suite bath. The first Master features a King bed and flatscreen TV - its deluxe en suite bath has a gorgeous clawfoot soaking tub, shower and a private door to the pool and outdoor shower. The second Primary has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath. There is also an additional guest half bath.

The Casita is a 3-room guest house with private King bedroom with en suite bath and laundry, a living room with comfortable seating and flatscreen TV, as well as a full kitchen and dining area.

THE LOCATION
Casa Zen is located on a residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood. Take a stroll to the South Palm Springs Business District and the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. About half a mile to the Chabad. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and bars. Fun spots such as the Ace Hotel, Moorten Botanical Garden, Mr. Lyons, Koffee, Townie Bagels and Kreem are all very close. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything!
